Matt Matzen conceptualized neon reel entertainment and worked at every level to nurture its development over the past seven years. Originally, this Rochester, MN native began pursuing his dream by developing basic editing techniques with footage he gathered from parties and everyday events. By 2011, Matzen has produced short films, music videos, a series and special effects reels under the neon reel brand.

Rob Talbert is a crucial piece of neon reel. From the beginning, since neon reel was Minute Maid Producutions, Talbert has been on-set, on-call and ready to fill the many roles that neon reel has asked of him.
